 On Apr 15, XIAGC and Xiamen Telecom held a contract-signing ceremony on telecommunication cooperation. According to the contract, Xiamen Telecom would obtain the right of using the telecommunication facilities at Xiamen Airport and some assets of the equipment while upgrading XIAGC’s telephone network to a virtual net.
